Purchase and shipping terms

jonaslindholm.se currently ships goods only within Sweden and the rest of the EU, excluding Cyprus. All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT and other applicable fees.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 days after the order has been received and confirmed.

To shop with us, you must be 18 years old, and we must be able to verify your residential address when you place an order. We reserve the right to cancel orders from individuals who have provided incorrect personal details and/or have payment defaults.

A purchase agreement is formed when jonaslindholm.se confirms the order with an order confirmation.

An order confirmation is normally sent within 24 hours after the order is received. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the item is shipped.

jonaslindholm.se retains ownership and the right of repossession of all products until full payment has been received from the customer.

Shipping Costs

The total cost of the purchase will be clearly shown before finalizing the order at checkout and will include all costs, including shipping. 

Within Sweden:

  • The shipping cost is 79 SEK.
  •  For purchases over 600 SEK, delivery is free of charge.
  • The maximum shipping weight is 20 kilos. The checkout automatically calculates the total weight of what is in the shopping cart and prevents delivery when the weight exceeds 20 kilos. Please contact contact@jonaslindholm if you want to order more than this.  

    Within the EU:           

    • The shipping cost is 79 SEK.

    Delivery Delays

    Sometimes delivery delays occur due to reasons outside of our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for any damage caused by the delay. In the case of significant delivery delays, you, as a customer, will be notified, and you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in case of a delivery delay.

    Transport

    jonaslindholm.se is responsible for transport to you as the customer. You and the transport company bear the risk in the case of a return to us.

    Damaged Goods

    When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible via email at: contact@jonaslindholm.se

    Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase

    Private customers have the right of withdrawal for 14 days according to the Distance Selling Act. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item. The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    Returns and Complaints

    If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or make a claim for a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via email for further instructions as soon as possible. Notify us via email: contact@jonaslindholm.se before sending anything. Include the invoice/receipt so we can identify the return. Please remember that you are responsible for the shipping cost to us.

    In case of a dispute, we always follow the recommendations of ARN (National Board for Consumer Disputes).

    Refunds

    The refund will be processed as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.

    Unclaimed Packages

    When your package arrives at a pickup location, a notification will be sent to you via email or SMS. You, as a customer, are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address, and email address you provided are correct.

    If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 250 SEK to cover costs (such as transport and administrative fees).

    Force Majeure

    In the event of war, natural disasters, industrial actions, government decisions, and similar events beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, and that affect the agreements and commitments made by us, preventing us from fulfilling the said agreements/commitments, we shall be relieved from our obligations to perform the said agreements.
